I’ve been busy.

Today I launched not one but two new websites. Exciting, no?

krisdresencomics.com is exactly that – the online home of my comics. Not only have I relocated favorites such as Grace, she’s in the trees, and encounter her to the site, there’s also two full Manya comics – Falling and Marie. ( Marie is very hard to find. I only have one copy of the book and the print run sold out long ago.) Don’t miss the Short(er) Works section for not only oodles of recent comics but a whole mess of comics from the archive. There are some goodies in there, I tell you what. And I plan on digging deeper and posting more rarities. Max & Lily will eventually take up residence on the site as well.

And my debuting-very-soon new webcomic she said will be found on krisdresencomics.com

krisdresen.com is my art and illustration site. On this site you’ll see my non-comics work such as everything/nothing, blind/rabbits, and the birch tree drawings. I’m also working on a new series with the working title of surround me that will be posted to the site as pieces are completed.

girlthrow.com will remain up for a while for the sake of recent heavy-duty linking to the site. But all new material will be posted to the new sites. Check this blog and the sites themselves for updates!

And! And! And! Both of these new sites are hosted by Taproot Web Hosting - a 100% green. wind-powered service. How freaking cool is that? And they’re queer! Come on! What’s not to love?

Test-driving a new drawing technique before I launch into she said. I’m quite pleased with the results. The above has nothing to do with anything, really. I’ll probably use it as my “out of office” sign on my day-job office door when I take time off.

Just an update to let everyone know that I am currently developing a new web-based graphic novel-ish project. Much like Grace, it will be a weekly serial. Start date and duration is unknown, but the wheels are in motion. If you’re a Twitter-ite, you were recently treated to a sneak peek.

Also, big thanks to all the new readers who recently stopped by to read Grace and she’s in the trees. Hope y’all enjoyed yourselves.

Jeez. I can’t believe that it’s been eight months since I last posted any blind rabbits work. Where did the last year go? Anyway, I have returned to working on this series. Above are numbers 012 and 013. I don’t usually post blind rabbits artwork here, but since their dedicated blog has become a bit cob-webby, these two get to debut here. Click over to see the previous pieces in the series.

More are in the works. Gotta give those .13 and .18 rapidographs their workouts, y’know.
